The leadership of the UENR-SRC Parliamentary council upon intensive meeting held yesterday on a formal letter served to the house through the clerk of Parliament on the issue of interdicting the 1st deputy PRO of the UENR-SRC.

Pursuant to Article (40)(5)(e) of the UENR-SRC Constitution which mandates the Legal Affairs Commission to offer advises to the Parliamentary Council on all legal related matters, upon this provisions of the UENR-SRC Constitution the Parliamentary Council agrees to dialogue with the legal affairs commission.

Speaking to the Speaker Of Parliament in an interview, he made it clear that on humanitarian grounds the house can temper justice with mercy upon the realization of the fault of the 1st Deputy PRO and formally apologizing to the house in writing.

The speaker also added it's a constitutional provision to take an advise from the legal affairs commission but after an advise is been given it is incumbent on the individual being advised to consider it or reject it.

He also said, under no circumstance will he compromise for the Parliamentary Council to be disrespected and it doesn't matter who falls a victim to the constitutional provisions of Article 56 and 59, on his swearing in subscribed to an oaths and on this oaths will make sure he protect and defends the Constitution of UENR-SRC at all times without fear or favor.

He continue to advise all SRC officials that, as we have assumed the high offices of the UENR-SRC, we have to know we are the enforcers of the UENR-SRC Constitution and we shouldn't compromise to give room for the name of the SRC to be in disrepute.

He promised to update the Media on whatever decisions that will be made during the meeting.
